LTM System - (Log-Trace-Monitor)
We collect every bit of information throughout the manufacturing processes and feed a big data warehouse with a unique logging system. Any process at any time in Ünlü Tekstil can be traced back from a barcode that is attached to every product.
The whole history of a product from fabric to finish is recorded and can be accessed at any time. The LTM system also feeds the BI tool that enables us to monitor in real-time and optimize the production accordingly.
